Nutritious Meals Prepared for You

All meals are freshly prepared weekly. You can keep them fresh or freeze them. FDA recommends eating the fresh meals within 7 days. Nutrition Info is provided under each item in the menu when you click on it. 

* Orders can only be placed from Sunday afternoon when menu is posted until Midnight on Thursdays.

*​Most meals/soups are $7-9 per meal

*Fit Meals are our normal 28oz container portion. Muscle Meals will come in a 32oz container with more calories, carbs, protein.

New Menus Weekly

The new menu for the week is released on our website each Sunday afternoon. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page or sign up for our new app and enable notifications to get notified when ordering opens. Orders can be placed on our website. There are typically at least 4-5 different options, and you may order as many meals as you want. We look forward to cooking for you!
