ABOUT BRYTT
I am a single mom of two beautiful children. I started this business as a side job because I was working full time as a respiratory therapist at a hospital. Three years ago I went through a divorce after a 14 year relationship that changed my outlook on life. I wanted to feel better about myself inside and out, so I used the gym as my stress relief during my divorce. I gave up on my body and did not eat healthy at all for several years because life is HARD and marriage is HARD. I lost 35lbs in about 4 months from eating these meals and working out. I have kept my weight off for 4 years now. I want EVERYONE to know that ANYBODY can do this with a lot of hard work and dedication. The hardest part is getting started, and consistency is key. This is not a diet it is a lifestyle change. Healthy nutritious food is fuel for your mind, body, and soul!
